Product Designer / Head of Design

I joined an early-stage startup building a platform for project and resource planning. As both the product designer and head of design, I was responsible for setting up the whole design process from scratch.

What I did:

  • Ran user research: interviews, surveys, and simple usability tests to understand real needs and problems.

  • Created customer journey maps and worked on user flows to improve the product experience.

  • Built and tested prototypes in Figma to quickly validate ideas and improve them through iterations.

  • Designed the interface for a desktop web app, including features like workload planning, employee profiles, and project views.

  • Developed a basic design system to keep things consistent and easy to scale.

  • Wrote documentation and worked closely with developers to support implementation and testing.

  • Helped shape the product roadmap, gave input on prioritization and MVP decisions.

  • Also created the website and landing pages, and worked on presentation decks and visuals for blog and social media.

This was a full-cycle role where I handled both product and visual design and worked closely with the core team. It gave me strong experience in designing useful tools and making decisions that really affect the product.

2019—2024

Olesya Orlova Team

Web, App and Visual Designer

I've been working with Olesya's team for several years and still support them from time to time with design work. I created landing page templates, designed their website on Tilda, and later did a full redesign in 2023 to improve both the visual style and structure.

In 2024, we started working on a new React Native mobile app. I was responsible for designing the interface and building a clear, user-friendly experience that fits the needs of her audience. It’s a great mix of creative freedom and product thinking. I also helped test early versions and collect feedback to improve the design.

Arcsinus

UI/UX designer

At Arcsinus, I worked on a variety of digital products for well-known companies like Herbalife, Sportmaster, Bosco, and Norilsk Nickel. It was a fast-paced agency environment where I gained strong hands-on experience in product design.

Key highlights:

  • Designed mobile and web applications from scratch, as well as supported and improved existing ones.

  • Worked on new features that were successfully released and used by real customers.

  • Took part in product experiments, including testing and improving event listings and a media platform.

  • Collected and analyzed user feedback, then iterated on the design based on real usage and behavior.

  • Collaborated closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth handoff and consistent implementation.

This role helped me grow as a product designer by working on real-world challenges and seeing how design decisions impact users and business goals.

SMENA team

UI/UX designer

Farfor is a large food delivery service operating in 89 cities across Russia. I worked as part of the internal design team, covering both product and brand-related tasks.

Key highlights:

  • Led a full redesign of the website and mobile apps (iOS & Android), improving the ordering flow and overall usability.

  • Created designs for both customer- and business-facing apps, adjusting flows for different user types.

  • Initiated and led a project to improve the company’s internal ERP system after hearing complaints from delivery and support staff. I ran field research and interviews, identified key problems, and helped prioritize improvements.

  • Supervised a small design team during branding and packaging updates, aligning product visuals across platforms.

  • Integrated cross-department feedback into product design to make sure the experience worked for both customers and internal users.

This was a hands-on role where I had ownership of full design cycles and worked closely with different teams to make the product better on all levels, from interface to internal tools.

Promolink

Web Designer

In this company, I created around 30 corporate websites and landings over the years. I made all the websites from scratch, including copy, all media needed (from icons to illustrations), and sometimes even brand identity, which always was super fun!
