In Teams.Select, I lead all design efforts—from product UI and UX research to marketing and branding.

My work includes designing interface of our main product, building and testing product hypotheses, creating landing pages, presentations, and a full range of marketing visuals. I watch for design consistency across the product and communications.

Olesya Orlova

Together with Olesya’s team, we designed a cross-platform app with a unique visual style. I've also helped to support and grow her personal brand with guidelines, web layouts and other visuals.

Over the course of three sprints, we created the full UI design, built a clickable prototype in Figma, tested it with users, and refined the product based on feedback.

WEB

I've redesigned personal website for Olesya twice, both versions were made in Figma with further Tilda implementation in mind. My work also included conducting user surveys and interviews, and creating various marketing materials—from social media visuals to promotional content.

At inDrive, I worked on the New Ventures team, launching early-stage startup ideas.

I quickly designed and built landing pages with Tilda and Webflow to validate new niches and test product hypotheses, working closely with the marketing team to align on messaging and conversion goals.

With Sportmaster, I as a part of product team researched, designed and examined new products: an event listing platform and a media platform.
I've also created various concepts and both low and high-fidelity prototypes to check new hypotheses.

A big chunk of my job was dedicated to polishing Figma files so that developers spend as little time on interacting with Figma as possible. Standartization, documentation and specs well written did the magic.

For Herbalife, I designed a native mobile app for both iOS and Android.

I was actively involved in testing, suggested improvements to user flows, and took part in offline meetings and discussions with the client to align on product decisions.

I contributed marketing strategy ideas directly within key user flows, created testing scenarios, and wrote detailed specifications for several custom UI components to support the development team.
